This traffic jam forecast is based on the traffic jam record during the past Bon period and recent traffic conditions, but the actual traffic jam situation may differ from the forecast due to accidents and the influence of the weather, so the latest traffic before departure. Please check the information.
In addition, each Expressway company provides traffic congestion forecast information and road traffic information using various tools such as the official website (see Attachment-3 [PDF: 285KB] for details). Please use it when you use the Expressway.
Please check the contents of the traffic jam forecast and avoid traffic jams by changing the date and time of use from the viewpoint of preventing the Large of new coronavirus infection.
Out-bound traffic occurs mainly in the morning, especially on August 11th (Thursday / holiday), 13th (Saturday), and 14th (Sunday).
In-bound traffic jams occur mainly during the day and evening, and we anticipate frequent traffic jams on August 13th (Sat), 14th (Sun), and 15th (Mon).

1 Congestion prediction
(1) Number of traffic congestion of 10km or more
- : C3 Regarding the number of traffic jams predicted on the Gaikan Expressway, the direction toward Takaya JCT (clockwise) is "outer loop" and the direction toward Oizumi JCT (counterclockwise) is "inner loop". The direction toward the Daiei JCT (clockwise) is the "outer loop direction" and the direction toward the Kayagasaki JCT (counterclockwise) is the "inner loop direction" on the Ken-o Expressway (Ken-O Road road).

3 Customer service initiatives (countermeasures against congestion)
We will work to strengthen customer services such as alerting rear-end collisions to the end of traffic jams, allocating parking lot organizers at rest facilities, installing temporary toilets, and securing parking spaces for large vehicles (see Attachment-4 [PDF: 208KB] for details). reference).
